NOTES about ordering a machine: Our infield maintenance machines must ship on a semi trailer (common carrier). To help ensure accurate shipping of your order, please read the following information, then complete and submit the form. "Ship to" Information-
Address must meet criteria we call "normal/standard" freight delivery. If not, then "special freight options" will be needed. "
Normal/Standard" Freight Delivery- least expensive way to ship. But, it can only be used when the receiving address meets the following criteria: 1) Must have a dock and/or forklift at the site during normal business
hours (usually 8:00 am to 5:00 pm), Monday thru Friday, to unload a pallet.
(You will not be allowed to have a group of people take the pallet off the trailer, by hand, due to liability reasons).
2) Must have a receiving person on duty at all times during normal business hours to assist with unloading the pallet. 3) Cannot be a home residence.
4) You must also inform us of special times when your location will be closed. Example: A school has winter break.
***If your location does not meet the criteria above, then you have two choices, as follows:
1) Use "Special Freight Options", which carry additional charges. Click to see more details--- Limited Access DeliveryLift Gate DeliveryCall Ahead Before Delivery Notice
2) Ship to a "Third Party Destination" address -we commonly ship orders to "third party" locations because some schools, recreation departments, private teams, etc. don't meet the criteria for normal/standard freight
delivery. You likely have local businesses who receive semi deliveries on a daily basis (i.e. lumber yard, feed store, paper company, etc.). They might allow your order to be shipped to their location. Then, they contact you
when it arrives and you pick up the order from their location. Shipping to this "third party" destination might save you from having to pay higher freight costs.
Ship to Address: 1)
I verify that the ship to address I provided meets the Normal/Standard Freight Delivery criteria. By verifying this I also agree to pay additional freight charges that are incurred if the freight company determines
the information I provided is not accurate.
2) The ship to address I've provided is a "Third Party Destination". I verify that they will accept my shipment and that they meet the criteria for
Normal/Standard Freight Delivery. I also agree to pay additional freight charges if the freight company determines that the information I provided is not accurate.
3) The address I provided does not
meet the criteria for Normal/Standard Freight Delivery, and I do not have a Third Party Destination to deliver to, so I will need to discuss additional freight options.
Additional Freight Options:
Limited Access Delivery- what does it mean? "Limited Access Delivery"………………….................................…….... $100.00
Locations designated as "limited access" sometimes include schools, churches, parks, camps, farms or ranches, etc.
Technically, any location that falls under the following criteria will be designated for "limited access delivery". -Not having access to a loading/unloading dock or platform.
-Not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours. -Not having personnel readily available to assist with the delivery. -Sites where extensive security related inspections are required. Back to Top
Lift Gate Delivery Service- what does it mean? "Lift Gate Delivery Service"………………………….................…………. $120.00
If the pallet can't be delivered to a semi truck accessible dock, and if there isn't a forklift available to unload the pallet, then you can request "lift gate delivery service".
This means the freight company will deliver to you with a truck that has a hydraulic lift gate that can lower the pallet onto the ground. You still need someone readily available during regular semi delivery business hours
(usually 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in your time zone) to assist with the delivery. If there is not someone readily available to assist in the unloading, then you may also be charged for a "Limited Access Delivery" in addition to the
lift gate delivery service. (Also consider shipping to a "third party destination" to save these charges). Back to Top
Call Ahead Delivery Notice- what does it mean? "Call-Ahead Delivery Service" ..……...........................………………….. $60.00 This service
can be requested, at an extra charge, for the freight company to call ahead to the "ship-to" address to announce that the delivery will take place soon. This allows time for you to arrange for someone to be there to assist in
unloading the shipment. Back to Top
